  • Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide clear, helpful information about their coverage.
  • Assist with claims processing and provide support throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with our valued clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Stay informed about new insurance products and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Property & Casualty License is Preferred. Willing to obtain
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and computer systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
