Responsibilities
As an Insurance Producer at Bryan Howell Agency/Farmers Insurance, you will:
- Develop new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and following up on leads
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
- Present and explain policy details in a clear, professional, and customer-focused manner
- Achieve sales goals through proactive outreach and effective closing strategies
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy reviews, renewals, and claims assistance
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to agency growth
- Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Active Idaho Insurance License (Property & Casualty required; Life & Health preferred)
- Proven sales experience in insurance or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems for managing client accounts and leads
