Responsibilities

Manage customer interactions with the Agency.
Training provided to manage customer database.
Help manage lead systems.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Integrate customer onboarding systems.

Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. Willing to train. Licensing assistance available.
A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred.
Spanish bilingual is a bonus.
