Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and connect with prospective clients in a professional, engaging manner.
Follow up on internet leads to generate new business opportunities.
Provide accurate, personalized home and auto insurance quotes tailored to each clients needs.
Present and sell insurance solutions confidently, helping clients protect what matters most.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals.

Requirements

P & C insurance license required, or willingness to obtain within one month of hire.
Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain.
In-office presence Monday through Friday; base hours are negotiable, with core hours 10:00 AM 5:00 PM.
Highly motivated, coachable, and ready to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset.
