Responsibilities

Assess the needs of clients and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and quotas
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Farmers Insurance products and services
Handle policy renewals, adjustments, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
Ensure all applications, paperwork, and documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain) Licensing Assistance is Available
Life & Health license is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Licensing Assistance is Available
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
