Responsibilities

Proactively connect with prospective clients and recommend insurance solutions that fit their needs.
Prepare accurate insurance quotes and clearly explain coverage options and benefits.
Identify cross-selling opportunities to better protect clients and grow agency revenue.
Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets.

Requirements

NY Property & Casualty License.

Proven sales mindset with a track record of achieving goals.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Customer-focused with a passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service.

Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed.

Insurance experience is a plus, but talented sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply.
