Salary Range: $60000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Actively engage with potential and current clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Policy Management: Accurately manage, review, and update client insurance policies, ensuring all details are current and beneficial to the client's needs.
Sales Development: Identify new sales opportunities through proactive lead generation, fostering growth in our client base.
Educate Clients: Clearly explain the different insurance products and services to clients, aiding them in making informed decisions.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to better serve clients and improve sales strategies.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
RequirementsLicensing: Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred, licensing assistance available.
Experience: Previous experience in the insurance industry or sales is advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage with clients and build meaningful relationships.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional customer care and guidance.
