Job Description

We are expanding and have an opening for top performing Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team! Extensive customer care work, a successful sales structure and our amazing products and services, you will be set up for success. Base Salary starts at $28,000 with unlimited commission earning potential. Most first year earning potential around $50,000. Additionally annual bonus and contest earnings are also available.

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.

Requirements

A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred and willing to train. License assistance available.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
Commitment to excellence, willingness to work hard, and willingness to go the extra mile.
Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.
