About the Apprenticeship
This paid apprentice program provides structured coaching and daily immersion into sales, customer service, and agency operations. Youll learn directly from experienced agents and district leaders who will help you build the skills needed to thrive in this industry.

Salary Range: $60000.00 - $260000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Assist with developing new business by engaging prospective clients through calls, outreach, referrals, and networking.
Learn to identify customer needs and present appropriate insurance solutions.
Support agency operations including quoting, policy reviews, documentation, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
Participate in marketing initiatives, community events, and social media outreach.
Attend coaching sessions and training meetings to develop product knowledge and sales techniques.
Shadow agents and agency owners to understand workflows, compliance, and business strategy.
Contribute to production goals and maintain a positive, professional presence.
Requirements- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills (CRM, email, quoting tools - training provided).
- Ability to obtain required state insurance licenses (District guidance provided).
- Interest in career advancement and potential agency ownership.
