Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
Build real relationships not just policies. Youll connect with clients, understand what matters to them, and design coverage that actually fits their lives.
Create your own momentum. Prospect for new opportunities, generate referrals, and consistently grow a strong, active pipeline.
Have confident coverage conversations. Youll educate clients on their options, explain things in plain English, and recommend solutions that make sense not just whats easy to sell.
Stay sharp. Keep up with product updates, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards so you can operate at a high level every day.
Work as a team. Collaborate with account managers and leadership to deliver a smooth experience from first quote to renewal because retention matters just as much as production.
RequirementsWhat Were Looking For:
Self-starters. The kind of people who dont wait to be told what to do they see opportunity and move on it. Strong communication skills are a must. You should be comfortable talking to anyone, building trust quickly, and holding confident conversations.
Licensed agents are a big plus Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health preferred. If youre already licensed, youll hit the ground running.
Goal-driven professionals who genuinely care about helping people protect what matters most. We want producers who see the bigger picture, not just the next sale.
Ability to manage your own book of business. This means staying organized, following up consistently, and taking ownership of your results.
Sales experience is helpful but its not everything. If youre coachable, competitive, and willing to put in the work, well train you and give you the structure to succeed.
