Responsibilities
- Learning our structured sales system
- Developing professional phone and communication skills
- Speaking with prospective customers about coverage needs
- Quoting and building insurance packages
- Following up on opportunities
- Tracking activity and results
- Hitting measurable performance benchmarks
- Growing into a confident, consultative sales professional
- You will receive ongoing coaching, call reviews, and performance feedback. We believe in skill development and clear standards.
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license with agency sponsorship
- 40-hour workweek commitment
