The Opportunity Brightway Insurance – San Antonio is seeking an Insurance Sales Consultant to join their team. This role is sales-focused and relationship-driven, offering significant income potential and opportunities for career advancement. Prior insurance experience or a license is not required as structured training, mentorship, and a proven sales system will be provided. Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.Responsibilities- Market within the local community, realtors, and business groups to establish connections- Provide insurance product quotes and sales to new clients- Cultivate and manage strong client relationships- Assess insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions- Clearly explain coverage details, limits, and exclusions- Assist with applications, paperwork, and policy updates- Handle endorsements and assist clients with claims- Stay updated on insurance industry trends and regulations- Collaborate with underwriters as necessaryQualifications- Reside in or near San Antonio, TX and report on-site Mon–Fri- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills- Possess a sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn- Coachable, motivated, and customer relationship-focused- Fluency in Spanish is beneficial but not obligatoryPreferred Skills- Active TX General Lines Agent License- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or salesCompensation- Guaranteed base salary with uncapped commission- Base salary: $37,000 per year + Commission- Typical first-year total earnings:$65,000 +- High achievers can surpass this range- Performance-based income with no bonus capEqual Opportunity Statement Brightway Insurance upholds a commitment to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
