Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven professional to join our team as an Insurance Sales Leader.
In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and provide ongoing service and support. You will have the opportunity to build and grow your business through a combination of personal production, referrals, and relationship development.
Depending on experience and background, candidates may have the ability to engage with existing client relationships while continuing to expand their own network and production.

Salary Range: $75000.00 - $110000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients through proactive outreach, referrals, and relationship development
- Take ownership of client relationships by delivering consultative insurance solutions and ongoing service
- Conduct regular coverage reviews to identify gaps, recommend appropriate products, and expand overall account relationships
- Drive new business production while maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships
- Manage day-to-day activity, pipeline, and follow-up to meet and exceed production goals
- Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities across auto, home, life, and commercial lines
- Develop local market presence through networking, community involvement, and referral partnerships
- Utilize Farmers systems and marketing programs to support client acquisition and retention
- Participate in University of Farmers training and apply best practices to grow personal production and long-term results
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- 1+ year of experience in insurance sales, preferably in personal lines (auto/home)
- Proven ability to generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and relationship building
- Strong understanding of consultative sales and client needs analysis
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage daily activity
- Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, production-based environment
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Interest in building a long-term career in the insurance industry with growth potential
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to expand personal production and client relationships
- Experience working within a captive agency model (preferred)
