Salary Range: $50000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive agency growth and market penetration.
Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages high performance.
Manage client relationships and handle escalated customer issues when necessary.
RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of success.
Previous experience in a leadership or management role is essential.
Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License.
Strong understanding of insurance products and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop a sales team.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
