The Role: Beyond the Quote
You arent just selling policies; you are protecting the dreams of our Houston neighbors. You will:
- Consult & Curate: Use a needs-based selling approach to help clients choose the right Property, Casualty, and Life protection.
- Drive Growth: Execute a mix of warm-lead follow-ups, local networking, and digital prospecting.
- Leverage AI & Tech: Utilize our advanced CRM and Allstates 2026 tech suite to automate your follow-ups so you can focus on closing.
- Cultivate Loyalty: Build long-term relationships that lead to high retention and a self-sustaining referral base.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs.
- Provide expert guidance on Allstate insurance products, including auto, home, and life.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend appropriate coverage.
- Process applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately.
- Actively seek opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Licensing: An active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required. (Life & Health is a plus).
- The Sales Mentality: You don't wait for the phone to ring; you enjoy the thrill of the chase and the satisfaction of the win.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable with modern CRMs, e-signature tools, and conducting virtual consultations.
- Communication Skills: You have strong written/verbal communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing the details. Bilingual (Spanish/English)highly preferred given our diverse Houston community.
- Experience: Youve done this before, or you have a background in high-volume retail sales and are ready to apply that grit to insurance.
