Were hiring multiple Insurance Sales Producers to join our growing team. We are hiring in office & remote. Current Allstate Insurance Sales Producer will receive a sign-on bonus. In this role, youll drive agency growth through outbound sales, customer relationships, and expert policy guidance.
- Base Salary: $40,000. First-year earnings: $60,000 to $70,000

Responsibilities
- Be outstanding at relationship building
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage
- Lenders, Title Companies and Auto Dealers.
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Service existing clients by answering questions and adjusting policies as needed
- Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Life Insurance License is a bonus
- Minimum of 1 year insurance sales experience is preferred
- Driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Possess an upbeat positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
- Computer proficiency and CRM familiarity
