Were hiring multiple Insurance Sales Producers to join our growing team. We are hiring in office & remote. Current Allstate Insurance Sales Producer will receive a sign-on bonus. In this role, youll drive agency growth through outbound sales, customer relationships, and expert policy guidance.

Base Salary: $40,000. First-year earnings: $60,000 to $70,000

Responsibilities

Be outstanding at relationship building
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales
Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage
Lenders, Title Companies and Auto Dealers.
Participate in weekly team meetings
Service existing clients by answering questions and adjusting policies as needed

Requirements

Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License required
Life Insurance License is a bonus
Minimum of 1 year insurance sales experience is preferred
Driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
Possess an upbeat positive and enthusiastic attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
Computer proficiency and CRM familiarity
