About the Role

Evolve Insurance Group is a fast-growing, family-owned independent agency looking for 5 licensed Property & Casualty agents with a proven ability to close.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a production-driven sales position for someone who wants to build a long-term career in insurance and grow into a high-income role.

We provide qualified leads, strong carrier options, and a structured sales environmentyou bring the drive to win we will do the rest.

Pay- $40,000-$75,000 Annually (Includes base+Commission+Incentive Bonus Pay)

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Quote and close home, auto, and personal lines insurance

Work inbound and outbound leads (provided by the agency)

Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions

Follow up consistently to drive conversions

Build long-term client relationships

Hit and exceed monthly production goals

Requirements

Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license (P&C required)

Proven track record in sales (any industry)

Strong communication and closing ability

Self-starter with a competitive mindset

Coachable and motivated to grow
