This is an excellent opportunity for licensed insurance professionalsor experienced sales professionals willing to become licensedwho enjoy building relationships, helping clients protect what matters most, and working in a performance-driven environment with unlimited earning potential.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Connect with prospective clients and identify their insurance needs.
  • Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance solutions.
  • Generate quotes, present coverage options, and close new business.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
  • Collaborate with agency teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Continue developing your sales skills through training and coaching.
Requirements

What We're Looking For

Success in this role comes from having a strong work ethic, confidence in building relationships, and a desire to grow. We're looking for individuals who enjoy working toward goals, communicate well with others, stay organized, and remain motivated in a fast-paced sales environment. Insurance or sales experience is preferred, and a Texas Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
