Requirements- Obtain your Property & Casualty license within your first month (study materials provided at no cost).
- Work with qualified, warm leads, cool calling lists, or purchased leads.
- Handle high call volume to generate quotes and present customized insurance solutions.
- Build strong, long‑term client relationships rooted in trust and service.
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines.
- Maintain organized databases and follow‑up pipelines.
- Stay current on insurance products, offerings, and market trends.
- Collaborate with agency leadership and teammates to exceed sales goals.
- Commit to an in‑office Monday–Friday schedule.
