We are hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Producer to join our fast track Protege Program. Designed to develop high-performing sales professionals into top producers within 6 months.
This is not a learn slowly and hope it works role. You will be trained, coached, and held accountable to a proven system focused on high activity, strong close rates, and rapid income growth.
If you are competitive, coachable, and motivated by income and personal growth, this role offers a clear path to earning $50K$80K in your first year, with uncapped upside beyond that.
Youll work directly with a hands on agency owner, receive daily coaching, and operate in a structured environment built for production. Not guesswork.
This position presents a remarkable chance to shine in the sales domain while acquiring practical experience in managing agency operations, aiming for a future where you can run an agency of your own.
As a Trainee Agent, your main task will be to boost sales and revenue by effectively marketing our range of insurance products and services to potential customers. Beyond your core sales duties, you'll have the opportunity to closely collaborate with the agency team to grasp the essentials of operating a prosperous insurance agency.
This role is tailored to equip you with the necessary expertise and knowledge to smoothly transition into running an agency.
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Employ a diverse mix of strategies including networking, soliciting referrals, and engaging in community outreach.
- Hold thorough consultations with clients to assess their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions. Inform clients about the different insurance products and coverage choices available.
- Shadow and learn from an experienced agency owner to gain firsthand experience in all aspects of agency management, including sales, customer service, marketing, and team leadership.
- Assist with client consultations, policy reviews, and insurance assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, acquire new clients, and retain existing business.
- Collaborate with the mentor and agency team to execute marketing initiatives, community outreach efforts, and networking opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge of the insurance industry.

Requirements- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, texts, and referrals
- Quote and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Maintain high daily activity (calls, conversations, follow-ups)
- Build rapport quickly and guide clients through coverage decisions
