As an Agency Producer, youll work directly with clients to help them protect what matters most through:

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
As an Agency Producer, you will play a key role in driving growth for our agency by building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering insurance solutions that protect what matters most.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Proactively connecting with new and existing clients through inbound leads, outbound calls, referrals, and community-based opportunities
- Conducting client consultations to understand their personal or business insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Generating quotes and presenting policy solutions for Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Following up consistently with prospects to answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales
- Managing your own sales pipeline by tracking activity, maintaining communication, and staying organized through agency systems
- Cross-selling and account rounding to ensure clients are properly protected and to maximize long-term customer value
- Providing an excellent customer experience by being responsive, professional, and service-oriented throughout the sales process
- Collaborating with the agency team to meet individual and office-wide production goals
- Staying up to date on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements through ongoing training and mentorship
- Working toward performance benchmarks including quotes, policies sold, retention, and referral generation

Non-Negotiables
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Texas P&C and L&H licenses (we help guide you)
- Must be local to the Lewisville/Dallas-Fort Worth area
