Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and lead generation
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct insurance reviews and recommend coverage solutions tailored to each client's needs
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell multiple insurance products
- Maintain a consistent follow-up process and active sales pipeline
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and production goals while delivering outstanding customer service

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
- Quote and sell Farmers Insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
- Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage and close sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, cross-selling, and referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in the agency CRM
- P&C Licensed in Texas Required
- Life and Health License preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional phone presence
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, follow up consistently, and manage a high volume of leads
