Responsibilities

Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and lead follow-up
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Quote, present, and sell insurance products to prospective clients
Conduct policy reviews and uncover additional coverage opportunities
Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales process
Maintain accurate client records and activity within the CRM
Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals

Requirements

Sales or customer service experience required (1-2 years minimum)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
Comfortable speaking with clients and making outbound calls
Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Property & Casualty License
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
