At Raschio Insurance Agency, were a locally-owned Farmers Insurance agency serving the West Coast. We combine small-agency personal care with the strength of national carriers to provide honest advice, professional service and long-term protection for the people and businesses we serve.

Salary Range: $54000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities
As an Insurance Producer, youll be responsible for generating new business, building lasting customer relationships, and matching clients with the right insurance solutions. This is not a cold corporate environmentwere a small, friendly team where your ideas matter, your effort is recognized and your success is rewarded.
Quote and bind new personal and commercial lines policies.
Clearly explain coverage differences so clients feel confident in their decisions.
Identify cross-sell opportunities and educate clients on additional coverage needs.
Support clients through onboarding, policy reviews, and renewal conversations.
Document activity in the agency management system.
Stay current on carrier offerings, underwriting guidelines and insurance trends.
Maintain all licensing, compliance and ethical standards.
Participate in agency meetings, trainings and local community events.
RequirementsOregon Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain prior to starting).
Prior sales, customer service, business development and insurance experience preferred.
Strong communication, follow-through and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quoting systems and agency software.
Professional, ethical and committed to doing the right thing for clients.
