We are seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. This position focuses on developing new business, building relationships with prospective clients and referral partners, and helping customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs.

Property & Casualty insurance sales experience is preferred, and candidates with strong sales backgrounds and a commitment to professional development are encouraged to apply.
Salary Range: $36000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
Develop relationships with prospective clients, referral partners, and local businesses.
Identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Prepare quotes, present proposals, and follow up with prospects to secure new business.
Meet established sales goals while maintaining consistent prospecting and follow-up activities.
Maintain accurate prospect records, sales activities, and policy documentation in the agency management system.
Coordinate with Account Managers and insurance carriers to ensure accurate policy issuance and smooth client transitions.
Stay informed about insurance products, carrier guidelines, underwriting requirements, and market developments.
RequirementsActive Mississippi Property & Casualty insurance license preferred; unlicensed candidates must be willing and able to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.
Previous insurance sales experience preferred; candidates with proven sales experience in other industries will be considered.
Strong sales, prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward established sales objectives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage prospects, follow-ups, and multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology; insurance agency management system experience is a plus.
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently while following established agency procedures.
