The Bailey Agency is looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven Insurance Producer who knows how to close business, build relationships, and create opportunities daily.
This is not an hourly customer service role.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business consistently through outbound activity, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
- Quote and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products
- Cross-sell existing households to maximize account penetration
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity
- Follow up aggressively and professionally with prospects
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience that drives retention and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly production goals
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Mississippi license required
- Louisiana license preferred or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated with high personal accountability
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive prospecting
- Sales experience preferred
