Job Description

Commercial Insurance Sales Producer

Join a growing Brooklyn-based insurance agency known for strong client relationships and consistent earning potential. This is a high-impact sales role with a competitive base salary plus lucrative monthly commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage commercial insurance quotes, submissions, and policy issuanceConduct outbound sales calls and develop relationships with in-house accountsMaintain accurate client records, handle billing, and process ID cardsGather client information and manage data entry to support policy administration

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of commercial property & casualty insurance experienceActive P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance licenseStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance CRM systems

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience with Applied Epic or similar CRM platforms (Salesforce, QQCatalyst, AMS360)Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $50,000-$60,000 + $3,000-$8,000/month commission potentialComprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and paid holidays
