Job Description

Our fast-growing insurance agency is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Agent! We are the largest Allstate Insurance Agency in Arizona and currently have a team of 28+ Insurance Professionals and growing.

The salary range listed below is an average, but our pay structure has no cap, and many of our team members exceed this average.

Salary Range: $70000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Identify client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support satisfaction and retention
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through effective prospecting, presentations, and closing
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market trends
Track pipeline activity, client interactions, and sales performance in CRM systems

Requirements

Licensing: Active Property and Casualty License required.

Remote Work Location: Candidates must be located within two hours of Arizona's time zone, and maintain high speed internet and a dedicated private workspace

Experience: Sales and Insurance experience highly preferred
