As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business by making outbound calls, engaging prospects, and building trust, and setting up successful quote conversations. Youll have access to a competitive base salary, plus commissions, bonus opportunities, and a matching 4O1(k). Candidates can earn between $40,000 - $60,000 per year. Top performers can earn over $80,000.

Establish trust with prospects, maintain ongoing customer relationships

Reach daily, weekly, monthly goals for dials/talktime/transfers/appointments

This position can work remotely following a successful training period in-agency.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

• Generate new business opportunities through phone, email, referrals, and networking
• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients
• Engage prospects on the importance of proper coverage and the value of protection
• Track and manage pipeline activity to meet monthly production goals

• Strong self-motivation with a positive, team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a bonus
