Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new leads daily
Schedule and conduct appointments with potential clients
Recommend personalized insurance solutions based on client needs
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Respond to inquiries about policies, coverage changes, and claims
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Participate in regular training (remote or in-person)

Requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Property & Casualty license is a plus, but not required.
