We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to help grow our client base. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying insurance needs, and helping clients choose the right protection. Responsibilities- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and networking
- Consult with clients to assess coverage needs and financial goals
- Prepare and present quotes for auto, home, life, and business policies
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to close sales
- Respond to client inquiries regarding policies, billing, and coverage
- An active insurance license is required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
- Comfortable presenting solutions and asking for the sale
- Organized and able to manage multiple client interactions
