We are seeking a confident and talented new business-generating Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, build lasting relationships, and present tailored insurance solutions that protect what matters most to them. Salary of $36k annually & candidates can earn up to $80k a year based on performance in year one PLUS future renewals bonuses!
Salary Range: $55000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Build referral networks through professional organizations and community involvement
- Use social media and personal branding to generate interest and attract prospects
- Provide free home and auto insurance quotes to qualified leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and referral partners
- Deliver excellent oral and written communication to engage clients effectively
- Candidate "MUST" reside in one of these states: KY, IN, IL, OH, AL, TN, GA.
- Strong desire for success with the work ethic to achieve it
- Commitment to integrity and ethical conduct in every interaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Self-motivated and disciplined to thrive in a remote work environment
