We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Rep to help grow our expanding business. This role is ideal for someone who values consultative selling and professional growth within a supportive environment.

First-year earnings of $60,000 to $80,000

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through needs-based consultations and ongoing service
Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and marketing efforts
Analyze client risk exposures and design tailored insurance solutions
Coordinate with carriers and brokers to negotiate coverage terms and pricing
Manage renewals by reviewing coverage annually and remarketing when appropriate
Build and manage a profitable book of business focused on retention and long-term value

Requirements

Prior insurance sales or related experience a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to explain complex coverage concepts clearly and confidently
Proven sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing with agency support
