We're seeking a driven Insurance Sales Representative to help grow the agency while serving clients with integrity. This role focuses on generating new business, building relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions across personal, commercial, and life products. Top performers have a clear opportunity to become agency owners through continued success and development.
- Base hourly salary is $20 with first-year earnings of $55,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities- Make a minimum of 40 outbound calls daily
- Generate and develop new business opportunities
- Quote, present, and close insurance policies
- Build referral networks and ask for referrals
- Cross-sell to existing clients and expand accounts
- Sell personal, commercial, and life insurance products
- An active insurance license is required
- Prior sales or insurance experience
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Confident, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Honest, persistent, and solution-oriented approach
