We're seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated, relationship-focused, and a professional with the opportunity to build a rewarding sales career. You will engage with prospects, educate clients, and deliver tailored insurance solutions that protect what matters most. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and strong support through hands-on training and mentorship.
- Base salary of $35,000 -40,000 based on experience, with expected first-year earnings of $50,000 to $70,000

Responsibilities- Prospect for new business through networking, community involvement, and proactive outreach
- Generate leads through cold calling and other proven sales activities
- Prepare insurance quotes and deliver clear, confident presentations
- Use consultative selling to educate clients and close new business
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- An active insurance license is required
- Prior sales or insurance experience a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new products and systems
