We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and helping them protect their financial future. You will generate new business through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and community involvement while guiding clients through coverage decisions with professionalism and care.
- Base salary of $38,000 with first-year earnings potential of $80,000-$100,000

Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement
- Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options
- Guide clients confidently through the sales and decision-making process
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
- An active insurance license is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
