Responsibilities
- Prospect, solicit and generate new business through leads, networking, and referrals
- Provide insurance quotes, sales presentations, and close sales
- Secure all required documents and process premium payments
- Ask customers for referrals and explain the referral program
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships while explaining policy benefits and coverage to existing and prospective clients.
- Property & Casualty licensed preferred (or be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire). Licensing assistance available.
- Prior insurance and/or sales experience preferred
- Bilingual is strongly preferred!
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented with a career-minded vision
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Professional phone etiquette and sales acumen
