We are looking for an Insurance Sales Representative who is passionate about working directly with educators, understanding their unique needs, and helping them protect what matters most. This is an in-office role where you will be an integral part of our local team, building meaningful client relationships through face-to-face service and contributing to a culture rooted in professionalism, community, and care.
- Expected first-year earnings of $60,000 - $80,000+

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Proactively engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Portfolio Management: Assess the current insurance coverage of clients and suggest enhancements to align with their objectives.
- Communication: Clearly explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits to clients.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction with our services.
- Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales techniques to drive growth and achieve targets.
- Licensing: Must obtain a Property and Casualty license within 30 days of the hire date, assistance provided.
- Insurance Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales; experience working with educators is not required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Time Management & Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving & Technical Proficiency: Skilled at identifying client needs, presenting solutions, and navigating insurance software and standard office applications.
