We are hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to help protect Idaho families and businesses while building a rewarding, performance-driven career. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who wants strong earning potential, structured support, and clear opportunities to grow. You will work in a professional, team-oriented environment with access to training, mentorship, and quality leads. Hybrid remote opportunity for experienced, proven producers, and for new producers, it will be available after you hit your stride in sales.
- First-year earnings of $50,000 to $70,000

Responsibilities- Engage prospective clients to identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Generate and present insurance quotes with professionalism and clarity
- Build trust and long-term client relationships through consistent communication and integrity
- Cross-sell and upsell products to ensure clients are properly protected
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and agency sales goals
- Address client questions and service needs using agency and carrier resources
- Active insurance license required
- Prior experience is a plus
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Coachable mindset and willingness to follow proven systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
