- $36,000 base salary with first-year earnings around $50,000-$70,000, while top performers earn $100,000+

Responsibilities- Quote, write, and bind new personal lines insurance policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Conduct coverage reviews and recommend additional protection options
- Deliver outstanding service on policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries
- Meet or exceed monthly sales, production, and bundling goals
- Collaborate with agency partners on life insurance and retirement opportunities
- Generate referrals and participate in community outreach and marketing activities
- Active insurance license or ability to obtain required licensing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
