We're looking for a Insurance Sales Representative to join our close-knit team. If you have a knack for connecting with people and a desire to learn the ins and outs of the insurance world, you'll fit right in. You'll be instrumental in guiding our clients, offering them peace of mind through our carefully selected insurance solutions. - Base Salary of $25,000 - $50,000 based on experience with expected first year earnings of $75,000 - $100,000 through our competitive commission and bonus schedules
- Ability to work from home, but will have an allocated desk at the office to use!

Responsibilities- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of insurance quotes and applications.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through attentive service and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve agency goals and contribute to a supportive work environment.
- Stay updated on insurance products and industry trends to better serve our clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Active P&C and L&H licenses preferred, licensing assistance provided
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in helping people find the right insurance solutions..
- Comfortable learning and utilizing new software and technology.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
