Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and concerns.
Develop and present tailored insurance proposals that meet individual client needs.
Process new business applications and ensure accurate policy issuance.
Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional coverage or services to existing clients.
Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.

Requirements

Nevada P& C License prefer, willing to train, licensing assistance available.
Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A genuine passion for helping people and solving their insurance needs.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
Comfortable using technology for client management and communication.
