Salary Range: $60000.00 - $140000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Help Individuals and families protect what matters most
- Generate quotes and close new business
- Build Relationships with prospects and customers
- Conduct insurance reviews and uncover gaps in protection
- Set and keep appointments
- Follow up relentlessly on leads and opportunities
- Ask for referrals and introductions into sphears of influence
- Participate in training, role play, and coaching
- Continuously improve your sales and communication skills
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
