The Mark Roberts Agency, partnered with Farmers Insurance, is looking for motivated individuals who are ready to build a successful career in insurance sales. What You'll Do
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll work with individuals, families, and businesses to help protect what matters most while building a rewarding career in insurance sales.
Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products.
Guide clients through the sales process from initial conversation through policy issuance.
Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional service, regular follow-ups, and policy reviews.
Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to develop your skills.
Stay current on Farmers Insurance products, licensing requirements, and industry trends.
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, client communication, and follow-up activities.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to grow.
Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
Sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred, but not required.
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
