Position Overview
Aaron Reeves State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated and professional Insurance Sales Representative to join our Keller, TX office. This role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options.

Schedule & Work Environment
This position is based in our Keller, TX office. The role offers structured office hours with flexibility in scheduling based on responsibilities, performance, and agency needs. Key Responsibilities
• Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective customers• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products• Build and maintain strong client relationships• Provide professional and courteous customer interactions• Follow agency sales processes and performance expectations• Support customers with coverage questions and policy options
Qualifications
• Property & Casualty license preferred• Candidates must be licensed or willing and able to obtain licensing• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Self-motivated with a professional work ethic• Ability to work in a team-oriented office environment
Compensation
$15.00 $25.00 per hour Compensation based on experience and licensing Bonus and commission opportunities
