The Buckman Agency is expanding and looking for a driven, coachable professional to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. Our Kentucky agency was recognized as Best in Company 2025, and our Ohio office earned Best in Company 2024, and we are continuing to grow with strong momentum.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and being rewarded for performance. Whether you are already licensed or looking to enter the industry, we will give you direction on licensing, provide training, mentorship, and a clear path to success.
We are looking for individuals who take ownership of their results, overcome obstacles, and are motivated to grow their income and career.
Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide personalized insurance solutions.
Generate quotes, present coverage options, and confidently guide customers through coverage decisions.
Build lasting client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and trust.
Execute a structured sales process, including consistent outbound activity, follow-ups, lead management, and overcoming objections.
Contribute to agency growth by meeting sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating with the team to support a high-performance culture.
RequirementsSelf-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and grow income.
Ability to take ownership of results and maintain accountability to goals.
Resilience and persistence when facing challenges or rejection.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Obtain and maintain required state insurance licensing and demonstrate professionalism consistent with our Best-in-Company standards.
