- Were looking for a Property & Casualty Sales Producer who knows how to hunt new business, nurture leads like a pro and turn prospects into loyal clients.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive Pay: Start base salary $3,000/month, plus commission pay and bonuses on top.
- Schedule: In-office; Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm (Weekends and major holidays off)

- Insurance sales: 2 years (Preferred)

DAILY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create P&C insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone (well provide all the leads youll ever need).
- Ensure all prospects and clients have an amazing experience.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Willing to actively prospect for new business
- Enjoy celebrating team wins!
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years of successful sales or business development experience.
- No insurance experience needed. Weve got you covered with all the training youll need to thrive.
- Confidence, charisma, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
- CRM experience a plus
- Networking
- Active P&C License or willing to obtain license
