Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients to offer expert advice on insurance products and services tailored to their needs.
Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively reach out to prospects and initiate conversations to generate interest in available insurance offerings.
Policy Customization: Tailor insurance plans to fit individual client requirements, ensuring optimal coverage.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.
Documentation: Accurately prepare and maintain records of sales transactions and client interactions.
Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective sales techniques.
RequirementsLicensing: We will help you get your licensing completed! Active Washington State Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance sales or other sales field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Service: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship management.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Mount Vernon area and local clientele preferred.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a close-knit team with a positive attitude.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in the use of CRM software and other sales-related tools.
