Responsibilities

Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
Understand customers' needs and recommend customized insurance solutions
Quote and close new personal insurance business
Conduct policy reviews to identify additional opportunities
Follow up on leads and referrals while building your own pipeline
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through the sale
Maintain accurate client records using our agency management systems
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development

Requirements

Sales experience is preferred but not required
Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
Must reside in or near the Cincinnati area
Insurance experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed goals
Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
