Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their life and health insurance needs.
Explain complex insurance products in a clear and understandable way.
Develop personalized insurance solutions that align with client goals.
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
Nurture client relationships through ongoing support and follow-up.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of client care.

Requirements

Wyoming Producer's License in Life and Health or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for helping people secure their financial future.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
